It's six in the morning. On a Saturday. And I'm not in bed where I should be. Ugh. Because of my poor sleep, our doctor put me on a "good sleep hygiene" program, which includes no tv in the bedroom, no caffeine after noon, and going to sleep and waking up at the same time every day. Which means since I wake up at 6am to attempt to go to the gym on weekdays (which hasn't been working out very well either), I have to wake up at 6am on the weekends too. And go to sleep at 10pm so that I get 8 hours of sleep. Brian has been going to bed and getting up with me, which is really great of him. He's not a morning person, so it's harder for him than me, but it helps me because if he's still in bed, I want to be too. :) Hopefully I won't fall asleep in front of the tv in the living room today like I did last Saturday.....
