CVS, Week of 1-10

I actually spent money this week, but it was time to stock up on some items. I bought:

  • 1 Cottonelle 20-pack, $12.88 with one $1 internet coupon and $4 ECBs = $7.88
  • 3 Skintimate 2-packs, $5 each with $1 ECB each = $12
  • 1 Puffs, $0.96 with one $1 mailer coupon (adjusted down) = free
  • 1 Excedrin with bonus pack, $9.99 with one $1.50 newspaper coupon, one $5 off 2 Excedrin CVS CRT coupon, and $3 ECBs = $0.50
  • 2 Glade Lasting Impressions candles, $3.29 each with two $2 newspaper coupons (that expired today!) = $2.58
  • 2 newspapers

Net cost: $27.09. Woah! I haven’t spent that much in a long time. My original plan included some Oust for profit, so this ended up costing more than I expected. It’s a good thing I have gift cards from prescription coupons! (By the way, there’s a coupon for a $10 gift card with a new or transferred prescription in the Target ad today. CVS accepts competitor pharmacy coupons!)
